ieri Zynga ha scritto al mio hoster DreamHost con un atto formale DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) che abbiamo infranto i diritti di copyright della suddetta azienda:

“It has come to our attention that DreamHost is hosting content located at http://www.facebooksgames.net/ (the “Website”), which is provides information and offers to the public technology which is primarily produced for the purpose of bypassing functions of Zynga Games. These functions act to circumvent technological measures that effectively control access to the Zynga Game. This activity is completely unauthorized and is a breach of the Zynga Game’s terms of service. We feel, and will be willing to argue in court, if necessary, that it violates section 1201, the Circumvention clause, of the DMCA and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.”

Quindi ho dovuto rimuovere ed editare piu’ di 80 post.Sono spiacente dell’inconveniente,ma non voglio piu’ pubblicare trucchi per Farmville o altri giochi by Zynga.
